Terms & Conditions

1. FM Kawan KitaJagaKita Hunt (“the Contest”) is organised by FM Kawan Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”).
2. Entries received after the contest posting deadline on social media (which is determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser) or not fulfilling the contest requirements will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
3. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the contest period at any time without any prior notice to any party whatsoever.
4. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organiser, any participation in the Contest during the extended period (if any) shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall remain in full force and effect at all times.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the contest mechanisms, withdraw or terminate this Contest at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notices to any person.
6. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizen, age 18 and above, residing in Klang Valley only (“Eligible Participants”).
7. Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates and/or related companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
8. Eligible Participants are not allowed to submit more than one (1) entry for ONE single contest.
9. To participate, Eligible Participants must comply with each of the following:

• Submit your entry (Screenshot of the found instructed image *with Timestamp) by Personal Message (PM) us (via fb/insta), together with your Full Name, Contact Number and Email. (Incomplete details will not be considered and Participant(s) will be disqualified).
• Agree with first submit first win basis for this contest.
• Agree with number of winner specified by The Organiser each round.
• Agree that only participants who fulfilled all specified contest requirement (based on contest posting on social media) qualifies for the contest.
• After verification, winner(s) will get notified via Personal Message (PM) and Contact Number for your full delivery address and full name.
• Each submission (one fb account) will be tied to one(1) Eligible Participant only.
• All entries must be the Eligible Participants’ original works and no part or component thereof is copied from any other work or material.
• The PM sent is strictly in English and in Bahasa Malaysia only.
• By submitting a valid screenshot PM to join the Contest or by posting your screenshot or taken photo(s) which is part of the contest requirement(s), Eligible Participant(s) confirm that The Organiser has obtained rights in using your screenshot materials for marketing purpose.
• Any screenshots or taken photos which is part of the contest requirements must not have been submitted to any other contest(s) before.
