Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customer’s description

Tallest building in Malaysia and 5th tallest in the world with height of 644 meters, total of 118 floors. Compromising offices, retails and mall. Each open office floors will be install with Dali lighting, KNX DALI control enable easier upgrade in future without and hacking or changing of wiring. Each floors are also install with KNX daylight sensor for constant lighting and presence sensor to detect occupancy. All windows are installed with motorised blind and controlled by KNX. Centralise touch panel for each floor enable better operation both lighting and shutter blind. All the floors are connected to Building Automation System (BAS) via BACNET KNX to enable full control of the entire building. KNX sensors will also provide information to BAS in order to control HVAC via BAS.
